I’m originally from Myanmar, but I spent most of my formative years growing up in Malaysia before relocating to the United States in December 2024. Prior to moving, I worked as a manager at a logistics company for two years, where I developed strong leadership and operational skills. I discovered Credence Innovation through Indeed, and the opportunity instantly resonated with my career goals and values.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my current role is the personal and professional growth I’ve experienced—not just individually, but alongside my team. We challenge and uplift each other, creating a collaborative environment that fosters continuous improvement. One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever received is: “If you’re afraid to do something, do it scared.” That mindset has helped me step out of my comfort zone and pursue ambitious goals.

My long-term vision is to become a director, lead the largest team, and achieve financial independence by the age of 25. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through working out and playing badminton. My favorite travel destination is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia—it holds a special place in my heart. And as a fun fact: I have the unusual ability to move my ears on command!
