Jack Howard

I grew up in West Lafayette, Indiana, where I played baseball, soccer, and basketball. I pursued a computer science degree at Indiana University Bloomington, then worked at Eli Lilly as a data scientist in their clinical diagnostic laboratories, conducting trials for Alzheimer’s disease. From a young age, I was drawn to entrepreneurship and building innovative solutions, so I decided to seek opportunities that would develop these skills. I found my home at Credence, where I fell in love with the culture and the tremendous opportunity to drive the company’s expansion.

My favorite part about Credence is the sports team like atmosphere and the mentorship I receive daily.

⁠The best advice I’ve received is to be patient. Leadership is a skill that’s developed daily through experience and learning - it doesn’t happen overnight.

My immediate goal is to become an expert in internal expansions and help Credence scale efficiently in the home improvement sector. Long-term, I’m keeping my options open as I learn more about what energizes me most in this role.

My favorite place to travel is Las Vegas.

⁠For fun, I like to play any sport with my friends, hopefully with some good music playing.

⁠A fun fact about myself is I was homeschooled before 7th grade!
