I am originally from Morocco and spent over a decade in New York, where I studied psychology and communication. With a background in business management and HR, I’ve always been drawn to leadership, personal growth, and creating opportunities where people can thrive. After moving to Indiana, I joined Credence Innovations, where I found the perfect environment to combine my passion for people, strategy, and growth while leading and building strong teams.
What’s your favorite part about your position?
What excites me most is that my position has no limits to growth. I thrive on helping others develop their potential, mentoring them, and celebrating their wins along the way. Beyond that, I truly enjoy the culture of connection, planning team nights, building community, and creating moments that bring people closer together.
What’s the best advice you’ve gotten in our business?
“People build people.” Success is not just about hitting goals it’s about the strength of the relationships you build and the lives you impact along the way.
What are your goals?
Professionally, I strive to continue advancing into leadership roles where I can mentor and inspire others to achieve more than they thought possible. Personally, my vision of success is reaching a point where I can give to those in need freely, without ever worrying about finances. For me, true fulfillment comes from making a lasting difference in the lives of others.
Where is your favorite place to travel?
Morocco; it will always be home, and no matter how many times I return, I discover new beauty, inspiration, and energy there.
What are some of your hobbies?
Fashion, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and staying active with hiking and long walks.
