Kennadie Heinlein

Short introduction (Where you’re from, a bit about your background, and how you came to Credence Innovation) -

I’m from Cincinnati, OH, and began my career in the restaurant industry, where I spent six years as an Assistant Manager. In June 2019, I started at the entry-level role, completed management training, and went on to run an office in Michigan for three years. In April 2024, I relocated to Indianapolis and transitioned into the HR role, where I have truly found my passion and continue to grow my expertise.

⁠The flexibility with my time and getting to help other people grow in their career! 

What’s the best advice you’ve gotten in our business?

Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection

What are your goals? (Career or personal)

Professional goals are to continue to help our organization grow by continuing to teach systematic back end systems.

Where is your favorite place to travel?

Anywhere with mountains, but the top pick would be Colorado for sure 

What are some of your hobbies?

I'm a huge foodie! So cooking and trying new restaurants are my year round hobbies. In the summer, I love hiking and biking!

My husband and I eloped on our 5 year anniversary at the top of a mountain in Colorado!
